Screenshot upload issues

Following some platform upgrades on Thursday, we had been made aware of an issue affecting uploads of screenshots larger than 2MB in size on Friday at approximately 14:00.

We investigated this issue further and found that this had been caused by runtime updates that we applied to our platform on Thursday which has overridden some of our web ingest configuration.

This would only have affected users attempting to upload screenshots larger than 2MB in size (therefore, probably only a small handful of active users given that uploads of screenshots are optional and generally, by flight ratio, are small in numbers)

This issue however has now been resolved and service should now have been returned to normal.
