Synchronous Platform reboot

We had to complete a full
a synchronous reboot of our web cluster (Kubernetes nodes) this morning between 09:34 and 09:35 as part of our maintenance program.

We were not aware that a synchronous reboot was required until we had already stated our maintenance tasks and we took the decision to reboot this morning due to the time of day (fewer users online) to minimise any issues.

The FsHub domain was inaccessible for up to 60 seconds, any airborne flights would not have been affected but any aircraft taking off or landing within this very short time period may have had issues with the flight not correctly being recorded.

We apologise for this and whilst we’re confident that this is unlikely to have affected anyone at this time specifically, we do apologise if this was not the case.
